Cool Dog Interactive Projects
The projects below represent some of the projects that I worked on while I was employed at Cool Dog Interactive. I have broken them down into three categories: Flash, CSS/XHTML, and UI Design.
FLASH:
Ted's Montana Grill
MATCH, an Atlanta based marketing firm, needed to create a flash banner ad campaign for Ted's Montana Grill that captured attention without being annoying. The subtle, retro-film-style that I created helped make the campaign a success, so much so that they asked me to do it again for a different promotion using the same stylish backdrop.

This was my first project with MATCH, Inc. MATCH needed to help Edelman, the leading independent global PR firm, create a conceptual and fun marketing piece to let their current clientele know that their Atlanta office had moved. Match asked me to bring their 'View-Master' idea to life with a flash animation showing off the new office space. This project was a lot of fun and created a solid working relationship between Cool Dog Interactive and MATCH for multimedia products.

Lipscomb University
Lipscomb University asked Stein Communications to put together a marketing package for their admissions department, including a web component. As part of the admissions site that Cool Dog Interactive launched, Stein asked me to help simplify the process of finding a counselor for potential and recently-admitted students. I used Flash to make this process more interesting through an interactive map. The best part of this map is behind the curtain. The information is all taken from an XML document which means that the movie can be updated from a simple file without anyone needing to make any changes to the original Flash file. Since counselor info changes all of the time, this saved the school loads of cash in future maintenace requests since they could make the changes themselves.

OUR PART needed to update their site's appearence and functionality. With the new design came the opportunity to get rid of their old and complicated table layout and put into place standards-compliant CSS/XHTML mark-up.

Euramex
Euramex is a property manager and developer that needed a fresh new look and feel to convey their company's savvy image and information. I helped them take their identity to the next level online and they are very happy with the functionality and style of their new web site.

Actor's Express
After receiving a well-deserved marketing grant, Actor's Express, one of Atlanta's premeire theatre groups, decided to redesign their web site with the goal of showcasing their upcoming performances. The design that I created provides many solutions for displaying not only upcoming shows, but also for displaying old ones. Thanks to some crafty programming by the folks at Cool Dog Interactive, with the flip-of-the-switch, Actor's express can turn their site's design into a show-stopping poster ad that I designed for their upcoming performances.
